Robbery alert!!!
I had a return ticket befor Covid started. When the travel date came, they canceled all of my tickets and we agreed to move the money to the Tarvel Bank account. As 2 years has passed and there were still Covid restrictions, I did not planned on traveling so I asked for my money back. On the phone they told me that the refund was initiated but when I wrote for more info they did not respond until the expiry date was due. I called counteles times and spent a lot of money on the international calls but they always prolonged the situation. They took my money for the service they did not provided!!!

Shocked by how poor the service has been. Customer service seems to be siloed, this means you can't get hold of the right person or they can't transfer you to the right people, wouldn't be such a problem if they didn't all have the same customer service number.
My personal issues was being email by Etihad to say a solution could be found and asked when they could call me back, I gave them a day, they didn't phone, I phoned the number on their email to be told they could not help me but I should email back chasing them to call me.
Also got blamed by the customer service agent for the issue, despite what their website says, and their services lines are always busy...

Etihad needs to be shut down
Etihad needs to be shut down ! Shame on Abu Dhabi management ! Cannot believe they cheat passengers by not refunding. Etihad cancelled my flight from company side but not refunding, no reply to my complaint either, Fed up with this behaviour. Please don't steal from passengers.

Worst experience ever..We have booked a ticket around 2:00 pm and around 4:00 pm they have chage their rates and decreased the rates upto10%? I don't know why they are doing these type of cheap things with their customers..worst Flight ever,never travel again in Etihad

Worst airline service I have ever come across. I bought tickets to the Maldives for almost £3000. Due to a sudden change in circumstance we wouldn’t be able to go as the financial situation got extremely difficult. 4 days after booking this holiday, they tell me that their cooling off period is only 24hours ? What the hell. I then proceed to give a variety of options including selling this holiday, to which they respond that name changes are not permitted. This is a ridiculous company. Now I’ll have to pay £3000 for a holiday I won’t go on due to the customer service being petty and unfair. Thanks Etihad airways.

Etihad Travel Bank is turning out to be a straightforward fraudulent operation. Please anyone who has lodged monies with Etihad Travel Bank please please keep your eye on it as they are taking money due to their early expiry date they have bought forward. Money lodged in their time of need ( pandemic) showing loyalty to Etihad and they are now treating our money like air miles! People CHECK YOUR TRAVEL BANK and don't allow Etihad to fraudulently take your money.

Etihad has the worst service and the most unsympathetic and uncaring customer support. They charged twice - one is a soft charge that will be reversed, but ultimately took an extra 728£ out of my bank account putting me in negative. Furthermore, I asked for a breakdown of the bill with the inbound and outbound flights and I was told this wasn’t possible - how is this not possible?

The rulest airlines I've ever experienced!
I called Etihad to changed my flight and they said it would cost me extra $500.
After explaining that i had been promise they can change it for free if i call in. They didn't care what happened before and that it's my fault for not reading the new rules on their website.
I felt insulted, after spending $1,000 that how they treated me.
Is this how all 4 star airlines treat their customers??
I asked "what can they do for me?" They said i would have to pay $500 for penalty for changing the date on my flight even if i was reassured that it's fine to do this plus extra for the price difference.
ETIHAD always send me emails to upgrade my seat to business class but didn't think to send me 1 email about their new rules that might actually effect me.
FELT INSULTED!!

DO NOT FLY WITH ETIHAD, my advice is to pay extra and fly with Qatar airways instead.

This airline i will never buy another ticket from them i buy ticket from them for my ex i ask to take refund or maybe i can change passinger name bcoz i finish with my ex and they keep saying ypu can used this ticket open for 2 yrs but how i can used if me and my ex finish

Do not book with Etihad holidays
Do not book with Etihad holidays , they do not offer any service at all, after a difficult experience booked a business class flight and Maldives resort and paid my deposit. When time came for the balance they blocked my calls refused to provide any help and after 4 weeks constant chasing offered a newly booked economy trip at a higher price, they are crooks

I booked through a 3rd party and they made a spelling mistake with my daughters name, it took a few calls to etihad and the travel agent to realise that the travel agent wasn’t in any hurry to help even though they charged a fee to correct the name. I contacted the travel agent within 24 hours of the booking, and this has been ongoing for over a month now. I talked to an awesome lady at the Etihad call centre who was finally able to help me, and realise that the company wasn’t going to help me with the simple spelling correction, she talked to her supervisor and between the two of them, they organised the name change and took control of my booking so I no longer have to deal with the 3rd party travel agent. Absolutely amazing customer service as I was getting extremely stressed with the whole situation as there are 9 of us travelling as a family. They have literally taken away all the stress this was causing me by doing this one act of kindness.

Made over 40 phone calls and countless emails sent to them. Disgraceful and horrendous service for an airline as big as Etihad!!
